A letter from Michele:
Dear People of Better Together,
I am sending a photo of a nice little dog we adopted on March 6, her name was Nita, but we evolved into calling her Scooter, now Scoot for short. This photo of her and her new best buddy, a fancy dog named Sasha, who is now bigger than Scooter.

She is one of the nicest, happiest, and well adjusted dogs we have ever had! We have a lodge that is pet friendly, and she fit right in on day one, greeting guests and their pets. She has a very important job! Whomever surrendered her to the shelter, we would like to thank them for bringing our lives together and to let them know she has her forever home with us. She is such a doll, and so cuddly and lovable, and she is quite the gymnast too! She is learning to catch a rubber ball being thrown with the Chuckit, after an 8-foot bounce in the air on the fly!!
We also adopted a very large great dane/lab mix on 10/23, his name was Tip, and we renamed him Huckleberry Hound, Huck for short. We got Nita for him as he was getting too spoiled and he needed a friend. He is also an amazing dog and is usually the center of attention in the lodge lobby. He loves his new little buddy, Scooter.

Thank you all for all that you do for our special 4-legged companions.
Sincerely,
Chele and Bill, Clark Fork Lodge
